RRR Meat Mix Carne Asada Marinade ~ AWESOME!!

Enough marinade to do 4-5 lbs. of beef (skirt steak, flat iron steak, flank steak)

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1/3 cup fresh lime juice

1/2 cup orange juice

1 T orange zest

1 cup water

2 T fresh chopped garlic

3 T RRR Meat Mix

1 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp chili powder

1 T mexican oregano

1/4 tsp ground cloves

1/2 orange sliced thinly

2 jalapeno's thinly sliced

2/3 cup chopped cilantro

Mix all ingredients in large bowl and stir together. Pour over 4-5 lbs of beef, preferably, skirt steak or flat iron steak in a large 1 gallon zip lock and allow to marinate for 2-3 hours. Do not marinate overnight as the citrus will break down the protein. Grill meat on high grill and slice against the grain into thin slices for steak tacos.
